1. Overview

Welcome to Ziro Mud Fest. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (ziromudfest.com) and the purchase of tickets or registration for the Ziro Mud Fest event organized in Ziro Valley, Arunachal Pradesh. By accessing our site or purchasing tickets, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Ticketing & Registration

• All registrations and tickets are issued digitally in the form of unique QR Codes.
• You must present a valid government-issued photo identity card (e.g., Aadhaar, Driver's License, Passport) at the registration counter corresponding to the name on the ticket.
• Ticket purchases are final. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for eligibility details.
• Tickets cannot be resold or used for unauthorized commercial purposes. Unofficial transfers may result in ticket cancellation without a refund.

3. Event Code of Conduct & Safety

Ziro Mud Fest is an adventure sports and culture festival. Safety is our primary concern.

• All drivers participating in off-roading, track challenges, or mud runs must hold a valid driving license appropriate for the vehicle class.
• Vehicles must be in sound mechanical condition, with functional safety belts and proper recovery points. Seatbelts must be worn at all times when vehicles are in motion on the tracks.
• Driving under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or any other substances is strictly prohibited. Violators will be immediately disqualified, and their entry passes will be confiscated without refund.
• Participants must follow all instructions given by the event track marshals and organizers. Failure to comply may lead to immediate expulsion from the venue.

4. Liability Waiver & Acknowledgment of Risk

By registering for the event or entering the off-road tracks, you express and acknowledge that:

• Off-road driving and motorsports activities are inherently dangerous and carry risks of personal injury, fatality, and vehicle damage.
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injuries, collisions, vehicle breakdowns, or loss of personal property.
• You release Ziro Mud Fest organizers, promoters, sponsors, and landowners from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death occurring during the event.

5. Media & Intellectual Property

By attending Ziro Mud Fest, you authorize the organizers to capture and use photo/video footage of you and your vehicle for promotional, editorial, or commercial purposes. You waive any claim to compensation for such media releases.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the website use, ticket purchases, or event activities shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Arunachal Pradesh, India.
