1. Overview

This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the purchases of ticket passes, vehicle entry permits, stay packages, and merchandise for Ziro Mud Fest. Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase, as registration fees involve logistics, setup, and slot bookings reserved in advance.

2. Ticketing & Registration Fees

• No Refunds: All tickets, entry passes, and registrations purchased for Ziro Mud Fest are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once paid.
• No Transfer of Name: Registrations are tied to the specific name and identification details submitted at checkout. Tickets cannot be sold or transferred to other participants without prior authorization from the organizers in writing.
• Failure to Attend: In the event you are unable to attend the festival due to travel issues, personal health, vehicle breakdown, or other personal reasons, no refunds or credit roll-overs will be issued.

3. Event Cancellation by Organizers

In the rare case that the festival is canceled in its entirety by the organizers due to internal operational issues:

• We will communicate the refund eligibility or ticket roll-over options to all registered ticket holders via email.
• If a refund is processed, the face value of the ticket will be returned. Any transactional platform fees or payment gateway charges incurred at checkout are non-refundable.

4. Force Majeure & Natural Disruptions

Ziro Mud Fest is located in a mountainous region where weather, landslides, or road blocks can occur.

• We are not liable to issue refunds or compensate for travel disruptions, blockades, or cancellation due to force majeure events, acts of God, extreme weather anomalies, political unrest, strikes, or administrative closures enforced by government authorities.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

In any case where a refund is exceptionally approved or eligible under the terms (e.g., failed transaction, double charge, or event cancellation):

• The refund will be credited back to the original bank account, debit/credit card, or UPI source used during checkout.
• Refunds will take **5 to 7 working days** to reflect in your account, depending on bank processing cycles and payment gateway networks.
